Salad Spread - Event Round Up
1:05 PM
When a month back, I had announced the event Salad Spread, it was underlying with two selfish motives. One to get introduced to new salad versions across the world. And two - to loose a few inches from my waistline, in the process of creating some recipes in my kitchen. A month later, only one of the two has come true. And no prizes for guessing which one. Alas with the Strawberry Frasiers and Molten Chocolate Cake and Berry Parfait, life has not been easy...I mean easy to avoid indulging.
Thankfully my blogger friends led a healthier life and shared these wonderful salads for the event - Salad Spread. Thank to all of you for participating and to all those reading this post. Bookmark it, if you want to go the greener, leaner way.
Pleased to share the round up of this event, made possible by all of you. From Indian Kachumber, Middle Eastern Tabbouleh, Philippino Buko Salad, Malaysian mango salad, to Waldorf - its all here. Get ready for a trip around the world:
